How do I become a food vendor with Clearview?

To set up an account with Clearview, you will need

Can I book online?

No. We take a hands-on approach with our food purveyors' space location to ensure greatest potential sales; therefore, vendors need to submit their applications via email, mail, fax, or in person.

How much space do I have?

Each vendor space is 10’x10’. You can purchase additional space at a significantly discounted rate. 

No tents, tables, chairs, electricity, or cooking equipment is included with your space.

Your space must have a tarp or plastic covering underneath to catch any liquids.

Are generators allowed?

Yes, generators are permitted. Generators must be no louder than 60db. You will also need an ABC dry chemical fire extinguisher with a current FDNY inspection tag. Generators cannot be refueled on site.

What type of fire extinguisher do I need? Can I have additional propane on site?

You are limited to 2 LPG containers per device or equipment. Each container cannot be greater than 20lbs. Propane containers must be at least 5 feet from device and connected with nonmetallic hoses

If you are using a generator, you’ll need an ABC dry chemical fire extinguisher.

  • If you are cooking with propane, you will need a 10lb Class B:C extinguisher.

  • If you are cooking with oil, you will need a Class K fire extinguisher. 

  • If you are using charcoal, you will need 5 gallons of water on site.

      All fire extinguishers must have a current FDNY inspection tag.
